LZH locomotives

The monorail mining locomotive is designed for the horizontal transport of auxiliary materials, reinforcements, equipment and people from the pit to the point of extraction and back. The LZH locomotive is primarily deployed in mines. Most commonly, it is used in the technological processes of coal mines for transporting people and materials. The locomotive can also be used for work on underground line constructions, in particular the construction and maintenance of tunnels, ducts and underground railways.

Mine loader PPN

Mine track pneumatic overhead loader PPN is used as a loader of disintegrated rock during excavation in coal and ore mines and underground engineering. The machine is used as a part of a complex with drilling systems (e.g. drilling rig VS-1). PPN loader moves rock mass into the mine vehicles, on a drag or belt conveyer, or other devices used in transportation. Loading is performed from the rail tracks on which the machine moves.

Mine shovel loader NL

The shovel loader NL is a track loader driven by compressed air. It loads the rock mass with a shovel which is transmitted by a loading device through the main body above the connected mining truck, or when using a conveyor above a hopper into which the rock mass is thrown by the inertia force. Structurally and with an appropriate handling it is suitable for mines with a small profile.

Concrete spraying machines series SSB

Concrete spraying machines series SSB (Shotcreting machines) have been designed for spraying concrete mixtures in the so-called dry wayforreinforcingand filling in tunnel lining orfor spraying mine corridors with finely ground limestone.Concrete spraying machines series SSB are mainly used in coal and ore mines. The concrete mixtures are sprayed in the dry way when the transported mixture gets moistened at the moment of spraying in the spraying nozzle/jet.

Drilling system VS-1

The drilling system VS-1 is designed for drilling short bores with diameters up to 50 mm and a maximum length of 12 m. The set is recommended for drilling bores for blasting when using anchoring technology in the underground building industry, mining industry, rehabilitation of concrete constructions, etc.
The size of the drilling system, as well as its weight makes it ideal for use in places that are small and difficult to access.

Scraper winch VSS-206

The scraper winch VSS-206 is used for excavating of the rocks from the mining site. It could be also used for the destroying of the reinforcement in the horizontal mining corridors.

The scraper winch VSS-206 operates in underground mines or constructions (collectors, tunnels etc.). The design enables the usage in small profile mines up to 40° incline.

Grouting pumps CM-M2 series

The grouting pumps CM-M2 series are designed for the preparation, pumping and application of cement slurries, fine graine size mixtures and mortar. These are primarily used for injecting (grouting) bar anchors and drill holes, joining and plastering.

The pumps are classified in the category I M2 (ATEX standard) so they can be used in deep gassing mines with hazardous atmospheric conditions 2 (environments with the risk of explosion).

Pneumatic grouting pump MONO 250

The grouting pump MONO 250 is designed for pressure and filling grouting of cement and bentonite slurries. It is primarily used for injecting (grouting) bar anchors and the drill holes in order to reinforce the loose rock mass. The maximum grain size can not exceed 0,2 mm.

The grouting pump MONO 250 is classified in the category I M2 (ATEX standard) so it can be used in deep gassing mines with hazardous atmospheric conditions 2 (environments with the risk of explosion).

Storage truck ZV-01 / Belt conveyor PD-01

The storage truck ZV-01 in combination with the belt conveyor PD-01 equipped with shotcreting machine SSB 14 or SSB 24 is designed for transporting of dry concrete mixture to the shotcreting site.This technology is widely used in ore and coal mines and in underground engineering during excavation of tunnels and collectors for the purpose of reinforcing and filling in tunnel lining.
